USAGE: xpm inimg outimg [-L]

xpm extracts global features and performs a moment analysis
on planar boundaries

ARGUMENTS:
       inimg: input image filename (TIF)
      outimg: output image filename (TIF)

OPTIONS:
          -L: print Software License for this module
